Bye Sweden, hello India!

Hello from Stockholm Arlanda airport!!

I am SO sorry for the lack of updates these past few days. I've been busy with work & packing, on top of that we ran out of wifi which resulted in 0 blogposts and no workout post as promised… sorry!

I landed in Stockholm about an hour ago, I received my luggage, checked in, went through security and got some lunch at Starbucks. I also bought the book 'I am pilgrim', which I'm really excited to read. I've just finished my food and will start reading the book after my episode of house of cards is finished. Since I've pretty much finished watching Prison break I thought why not start another series? House of cards has been on my list for awhile and I've heard it's good, hopefully that's true. Have you watched it?

My plane departures in two hours and the flight to Helsinki is only less than an hour, pretty convenient. My family is flying from Denmark so I'll meet them in Helsinki and we'll be on the last flight together.

I didn't feel sad about leaving grey and rainy Skåne and although Stockholm is bright and sunny,- I can't wait to leave Sweden. I am so excited to come back to Delhi after many months away.

Wish me a Bon voyage and I'll see you guys soon, take care!! ✈️

Heyy guys!!

I’m happy to say that I think I’ve been to one of the world’s most beautiful places today. We visited Arnensee and that place was just incredible!! To say the least….

It took us around 20 Minutes to drive up the mountain to the lake. We were there for four-five hours something and it was amazing. Pick nick by the lake, walks in the forest, swims in the Cristal blue (turquoise) water and we even climbed up a (steep) waterfall with an amazing view over the lake.

The weather has been perfect and we’re all nicely tanned. Unfortunately we’ll start driving back to Sweden tomorrow. On our way through Germany we will make a quick (cough cough) stop in Metzingen where there’s a big outlet with loads of brands. When done with the shopping we’ll drive to Frankfurt and stay there overnight.

On Friday it is (the Swedish) Midsummer!! Like every other year, we’ll be celebrating with one of my best friends Agnes and I can’t wait till I see her!

The days spent here in the alps in Rougmont, Switzerland, have been the best. By far one of the better times we’ve been here, as we tend to visit every year. Another upcoming thing I’m really excited about is the Vaganova Master Class, which will take place in 12 days…!!

Take care xoxo

Zurich is always a good idea. 14-16th of June

Grüezi guys!!!
Long time no see…..

Oh well, Zurich is always a good idea and I’ve had the best time.

This post would go on forever if I was to tell you everything we’ve done in detail. To conclude these 2 days all I can say is that it was amazing to see my friends again. Zurich is beautiful and the weather was perfect (except for the thunderstorm that drenched us the first evening).

I watched the girls of my class, ballet class, the other day. I talked for so long with my teacher and we also went to have a coffee during lunch break. Today I got invited to watch the run through of their upcoming spring performance, costume rehearsal. I loved the choreography and it was a pleasure watching.

Being back at the school was so strange. I high key wish I was still there and just thinking about how good everything could’ve been there makes me depressed. At least I’m in a dance school (soon) again and I’ll have an apartment of my own so things seem to turn out the best they could possibly be under the circumstances. Although I could do anything to get back into the school… my teacher thinks it’s a shame the directors are not taking me back in again but there’s nothing you can do to change their decision. As long as I can dance I’m happy and that I actually recovered is amazing.

I met loads of other teachers including the directors when at the school and they were all happy to see me there and that things were going great. Meeting the students was fun too.

Today we’ve been chilling outside in a park until I had to go to the main station and catch my trains to Rougemont, my family and grandparents. My family drove early this morning but since I was going to watch the performance and wanted to spend as much time as possible with my friends I chose to stay and go by train instead.

I’ve had an amazing time in Zurich. I’m so happy I got to come back, it really means a lot to me and I pray to god that it won’t be this long until I see them next.

Now I’ll enjoy some days in the alps with the family, hiking and so on. Stay tuned for some photo spamming!!

Germany 14th June

Hallo everyone and greetings from Germany!!

This day started off really early, I was up already by 5 and we left our house a bit after half past seven. First up was a three hours drive through Denmark to get on the ferry, where we had breakfast #2. It only took 45 minutes over to Germany and then we had a 6 hours drive ahead of us. Everything went on pretty well, it didn’t feel like it was that long and we made some stops along the way.

Apparently this is the 4th time we’re staying at our current hotel, is it bad that I can only remember it once before? #toomuchtraveling …

We got to Wiesbaden around 6ish and after leaving the car as well as our bags at the hotel we enjoyed a really cozy dinner outside at a french restaurant. The rest of the evening was spent strolling around the streets and we also payed a quick visit to the hotel’s spa.

I am so tired and it is only 10.30pm. I guess I will go to bed soon, tomorrow we’re going to Zurich which I cannot wait for.
